GDS OT outputs not working right?

I have a problem with the 4-8-16 ohm outputs....

I do NOT have the feedback switch installed, I have wired the cap and resistors to the 8 ohm jack, the 4 and 16 ohm secondarys from the OT are wired per the layout, directly.

Anyway, the 8 ohm tap works just fine. The 4 ohm is barely audible and the 16 is not alot better??

Any ideas on this issue??

Sounds like you have the 8 ohm tap as your common and the common as the common as your 8 ohm tap. Reverse them and tell me how things work out.
