36 watt fixed bias

Perhaps i should have explained it better zaphod,i should've said plexi.
We've already talked about a 36 watt with el34's,which i'm trying to build.
I want to do it fixed bias and cathode bias.
I'm using A 250 ohm and 1000uf cap with the cathode bias like the phat ass.
But what about fixed bias resistor values or does anyone have a rough
idea what values i need to bias.
I'm using an ig 36 watt mains transformer.
