If the resistor has 318mv across it then it is passing 318/6=53ma. If all four of the cathodes are tied in parallel, and assuming that they are all matched then each tube is only passing 53/4=13.25ma through its cathode.
The power dissipation of each tube (for both the screen and the plate) is then only P=I*R which is .01325A*619V=8.2Watts. So your tubes should be fine assuming that I am understanding your explanation of the hookup.
