Need help with tube ID.
I recieved this tube as a replacement for a GE tube from Terry. I can't find anything about the brand "WU". Can anyone help id this thing??

Yep, and an RCA will have the code in a little stretched out octagon box. It's probably either RCA or GE.Phil_S wrote:A GE is usually etched with the tube number. If there are no "etched" marks, I would guess it is a relabelled Raytheon. Has it got a RETMA code?

I might also guess that the "brand" is Western Union, from the days when Western Union was in telecomms. What did go into a Telex machine?
