Guys,

We now have 725 entries to the Mark Durham Memorial Giveaway as of midnight last night. That means we have raised over $7250 so far for Sheri, Marissa and Jessica Durham.

If you're curious about the method for picking numbers, please refer to the first winner thread here...

http://www.18watt.com/modules.php?name= ... ic&t=14085

The second winner of the giveaway wins a Paul Ruby-built EF86 18W amplifier.

Congratulations to

Richard LeRoy

for winning the EF86 18W by Paul Ruby!

So, we have a few more drawings to make and because of the new prize submissions (WB Custom pickups and a JTM45 kit) we may extend the drawings out to the end of the year. Probably the grand prize would be drawn on New Years Eve. For those of you that have not won anything, please dig up some holiday cheer and click that paypal link above and donate your dollars to the cause. Every $10 donated gives you a better chance of winning a prize. Sheri and the girls are very appreciative of what we are doing and they certainly need it.

Once again, congrats to Richard LeRoy for winning the EF86 amp!

Woohoo

Congratulations Richard! (oh the envy...lol)

That was my favorite! Now I'll have to (try to) build it myself... Well when my wife has finally divorced me because of the new project (#378 on the 'undone projects' list I believe) at least I'll have enough time to try it out 8O.

When I'm done, I'll send it to Paul Ruby for a brief evaluation, and hopefully he will be so despaired by my futile effort, he'll just make me one, instead of even trying to explain even the basics.

Best wishes to the Durhams!
...and to you guys. Seldom have I seen such a beautiful, and true effort.
RESPECT!

Sorry, if I missed a thread somewhere... But I just wanted to know how Jessica is doing... Is she better?

Greetings.

Joe

PS: *irony on* Thanks loads, Dart for the soundfile! *irony off*, now that I know how they are SUPPOSED to sound I can go back to soldering...Shoot.

The clip sounds pretty bad to me with all the back ground noise. I'll see about posting another clip tonight.
