Mercury Magnetics Group Buy II

Post by brownnote »

It seems like there are still a few folks that want to get some MM iron.

I need to order a couple of outputs myself, and I was thinking....

If we can get another 25 pcs together, and you guys help me get dealer status by doing so, as a thank you, whoever is in on that order would be grandfathered in with the 25pc price.

I hope this request doesn't come off as cheezy, but hey a small business needs help out there!

Ok, I am in if you close at the end of the week. Count me in for

1- MMAJ-OA Marshall Major OT 220.00
1- FTDOM-15 Fender Tweed '54 Deluxe OT 37.00
1- MAT-FP Matchless Foot Pedal 55.00

And if you use the flat rate boxes, shipping should be $8.95 per box

Thanks, Rick

Count me in. I'm just trying to decide whether I want to build a 5E3 or a Princeton. Either way, I'm at least buying an OT.

Can I pay you with a non-paypal method - i.e. check, MO, etc?

Rocco -

What is the e-mail addy tied to your PayPal account, and do you know what shipping is going to run in the CONUS?

I'm thinking a 5E3 OT is in my future....

OK paypal is mail@brownnote.net

If you send payment, please enter the order details in the NOTES section. If we don't get enough folks to place the order, your payment will be reversed.

Add $8.85 for (1) USPS Flat Rate Box, most trans sets will fit in there, if it's something really hefty or multiple items, figure 2 USPS boxes, etc.

It's not cheezy at all. In fact, it's creating a win-win situation.

I wish I could justify jumping-in myself but I've got way to many unfinished projects.

Rocco,

I was waiting on MM to get back to me on some info. and missed the order through s2. Count me in on your order! I'll get my part numbers together and send you the detail via email.

I don't mind helping you guys get dealer status. It benefits us all in the end.

Thanks,
Roy

I'm in.

Missed s2's offer, but the upside is your offering to grandfather us in at dealer prices.

Give me a couple of days to count up my upcoming builds and make the choices. Definetly 1, maybe 2. Let you know by end of week

What do you suggest for a trainwreck express?

Hey BN,

I'd like to get in on the order as well. I'll need a day or so to decide what I need - will post back. I can do Paypal if that's what works best. Thanks for the offer.

truth told...I'd recommend Moose/Tone Slut:
http://www.toneslut.com/transformers/index.html

or

Paul Ruby:
http://paulrubyamps.com/index.html

They're both very good TW xfmrs, slightly different so check them both out.

Any thoughts on how MM iron would compare to David Allen's or Mojo's trannies for a Blackface Princeton Reverb?

Thanks,

Chip

I hear only good things about Allen, on the other hand I've had good success with MM in Fender stuff....tough call without knowing more.
