Well good luck with this one. Can't see that changing the tubes and O/P tranny will make that much difference with all those op-amp chips and clipping diodes in there. Thats what causes the buzzy distortion - they don't call it the Val BEE for nothing.
How come you didn't get a VJ instead - there's a wealth of info on that one- and its cheaper.
