Hello,

i left the amp running for a long time. The v2 12ax7 cracked and shattered and the tube looked white on the top. i plugged in another tube it did work i switched it off and the next day, its dead. No sound. Any suggestions where i should start to fix it.

Measure them voltages. That will give you an idea.

Visual inspection as well looking for another component that overheated causing the valve to fail.
