Graydon, Gabi, Mark, Adam;
Wow! Excellent work - this site truly is a worthy home for the group. The yahoo forum was getting to be a bit of a pain, particularly on a dial-up modem. Broadband, alas, hasn't reached the Scottish Borders quite yet!
BTW, Graydon with reference to the 'Colin clone', I'm well aware of how busy you've been of late. I have a freight box which would, with a bit of packing inside, be ideal for the amp. I'd be willing to send it over empty, if that would help.
Best wishes, as ever and well done again!
Colin

Norm: i'm doing pretty good..looks like i'll be homebound for a little while.
But sure isn't as bad as tues when i got home. I guess to fix problems, you have to go through a little suffering..and don't like the idea of being on crutches for 3 weeks. but i can still mess around a bit here at the house.
I'll send your amp out friday... just got to box it up..

How you doin' my friend. Hope the op went ok and you're enjoying
your new breasts
Seriously - a speedy recovery to you, Rich. I hope it isn't too long before
you're threatening mayhem on the eardrums of Kentucky 8)

Gabi
Thanks for a great welcome! I'll post soundfiles very soon after the amp arrives. I'll almost certainly send the recordings to Graydon on CD and let him sort out what the best/most useful stuff is. Uploading MP3's simply isn't a realistic option on dial-up.
BTW, I keep finding wee hidden neuks and crannies in the site. It is truly laberynthine!
:o

Colin....

Definitely we'll have to make an album with the pictures, and a folder for the mp3s to come!!!

What is "neuks and crannies"? Sounds like a cool band name!

Take care, and enjoy every cyber-corner of the 18watt.com!

Neuks and Crannies

Sorry about that; I have a tendency to lapse into Scottish vernacular.
The said "Neuks and Crannies" are hidden/inaccesible corners and passageways. Edinburgh, where I lived for 32 years, is a mass of them!
