Jetblack Amplification - Hellcat. 15W EL84

Hi All, new to the forum - UK based
Today I managed to get hold of an eyelet board wired 15W combo amp, fully functioning, for £80.
Powered by a pair of EL84s, with a 12AX7 and 6992 (E88CC) in the preamp.
From my understanding the 6992 is a very strange preamp valve, usually found in hifi situations.
Has anyone here got any knowledge of this amp, or manufacturer, or use of this tube in preamp?
Got to get the schematic drawn up.
Hoping to get into the club of hand wired amps!
