18watt OT hook up help

hi dudes.... it's been a while since i built an amp, and have a OT question. On the primary side, two leads go to the plates. Where does the 3rd lead go...32/32 filter cap? Thanks!

My Heyboer OT has brown and blue primary wires that go to the plates and a red center tap primary that goes to the junction of the first filter cap and the first voltage dropping resistor on the B+ line (the 2 watt 1.5k resistor -- could be 2.2k also or thereabouts).
