PPIMV & TMBs
Is there a rationale for keeping the Volume control on a TMB when considering a PPIMV? If so, you would in a sense have two MV controls. Is this nuts?

Re: PPIMV & TMBs
There is no point in having 2 master volumes, assuming that's what you meant by volume. There should be 2 volumes, and 1 master volume.

Re: PPIMV & TMBs
With a Gain and Volume on the 18 watters on this site, particularly the TMB with the volume after the tone stack leading into the PI, that is identical to the MV on say a 2204, yes? A PRE-PIMV. When considering a Lar-Mar style PPIMV, would you delete the normal volume control or leave it as a pre volume cut option?
