18watt tmb circutry speaker

Hello, i have a marshall tmb18watt handwired amp. The amp has been great for me but my tastes have changed over the last year or so. i am looking for more clean headroom in the amp. I have heard that there are some mods to increase clean headroom but not sure what they are at the moment. Will research and ask for suggestions... I was told that a jensen neo12 100 will increase the headroom and sound great in a tmb type of amp. My question....would this be a good combination for a clean platform? Would it take pedals well. I cannot afford another amp so i have to make it work somehow. Any information would be greatly appreciated ! I have no amp tech experience and figured someone here may be able to answer these few questions. Thank you!

Hi. If you want a loud speaker, maybe look into the Eminence or WGS catalogue. They make speakers that exceed the 100dB threshold. Louder than a V30 or G12H30 for sure
