Builder for WHITE Bluesbreaker ext. cab

Post by tcr77 »

The Avatar Vintage 2x12 ext. cab (with the BB-style top valence) is what I'm after, but I emailed them and they said they couldn't do anything but black tolex for the time being.

So, where can I get similar, but with white tolex, black piping, and salt/pepper grille cloth (and no logo)?

Thanks!

Rex, would you be able to cut a set of top, bottom, and sides with finger joints for a project I am working on? Would be for a small 1x10 combo cab, I can do the assembly and cut all of the other parts I need and do the tolexing, but the finger joints are beyond the capabilites of my equipment... What would something like that run made out of birch plywood?

FYI Stephen Cohrs at Trinity also does some real nice cabs. Pretty much any style or colour you want. So now you've got plenty of options to chose from. :)

Let me throw in my vote for Stage Craft Gear. http://www.stagecraftgear.com/servlet/StoreFront
I recently built a 36W and I got the head and speaker cabinet from them and I am very happy with the quality and the price. I got the less expensive studio series but the cabinets are really quite nice. Incredible selection of options. I got red tolex, white piping, silver basket grill cloth, and chrome harware. The cabinets are unique looking and everyone comments on them.
