You could really kick up production with this. They want almost $400 just to ship it to my house! Some of you guys on the left coast might look into it.

Hi,

Whoa! Love those animal shapes...

Mmm..but how do you guys set eyelets? I think the machine would make it much slower.

My setup involves a piece of 4mm alum sheet, hammer, punch, and stainless steel dome nut.

To swag and set eyelets for say, an 18W board would be like 45 seconds.

An eyelet setter machine would be slower cause you need to adjust positions?

Turrets, on the other hand, are pretty tricky still. I am just starting to make boards with turrets in quantity. Still cant find a way to make it real fast. A plan involving G10 sticks and rubber bands are in the works.:)

We'll see if it works and I'll post..

Thanks!

45 seconds to do a board. holly molly.... I can't even push the eyelets in the board in 45 seconds much less set the eyelets. You must be the Yngwie Malmsteen of eyelet board makers.
