European part sourcing

Post by cberry »

Hi all,
I've no idea how many of us there are in Euroland but I've been putting together my sources for the parts needed for the various 18watt clones and would appreciate your contributions.
I think it's a bit premature to put this in the download section at the moment before people have a chance to go over it and contribute to it.
Have a peek and add your suggestions / comments.

Hey Chris! That is very kind of you to make that list available.

I don't think it is premature to place it in the downloads section. In fact I already placed it ;-) in a new section there called Misscellaneous:

The list can always be updated later.

Many thanks,
Gabi.

Great Gabi!
It took about 30 mins to put it all together but I'm sure that 90% of the parts/suppliers are missing.
The more we can pool knowledge together, the easier it becomes!

I like this spreadsheet. I've been listing a number of mainly UK and some European suppliers on an AX84 thread - http://www.ax84.com/bbs/dm.code?id=46124 Not the most convenient way to do it, but the best I could think of at the time. Everyone interested should feel free to cut n'paste any of these they like....

Guys! This can be an example of common work! Everyone should update the list and re-post it here in this thread as an attachment. One by one so that we don't miss any records of what the others paisted in.

then once we think it is stuffed enough, we shall re-post it in the downloads.

A real one wouldn't be bad either...
From now on, please post changes to it... Weeding my way round the ax84 thread wasn't that much funski.
