SRV,
If you email me I will reply with the plans. They are three PDF's that another person sent to me and they are the most complete plans for an exact vintage narrow panel Deluxe cab that I have ever come across. I can't take credit for drawing them but as they were generously shared with me I will share them with others.

Harpo

I would love to see those plans as well. I'm planning on making a deluxe for my next build. I just bought a new table saw to make cabs. I can't find your Email address in your profile.

Edit - Thanks Harpo. I just saw my inbox, its time to start cutting some wood.

These were linked to in another topic line a while ago. I'm not sure whether they're the same ones Harpo has but they do look real good.

Found the other thread that linked to the 5e3 plans. You should check out the thread as there's some further suggestions and ideas on using these particular plans.

I've never seen that thread before but I agree with all the major points.
1. I had to remove the dust cap from my W**** P12R to get clearance for one of the 6V6's. I think this is an "authentic" feature of the originals as none of them that I've seen have dust caps on the speaker magnets.
2. I recut the radius of my control panel cutout to get better clearance of the normal channel input jack. It was easy as I test fit the chassis before I covered the cab.
3. The issue of a weak attachment of the narrow baffle panel supports was evident. I used the method shown on the plan but reinforced it with CAREFULLY (predrilled) placed finishing nails slightly countersunk so I did not hit them during edge routing. I like your method better though and have annotated my plan copy.
