Nope fixed bias. Ceriatone has a layout or you could find one on the metro amp forum.

Hey Spyder, the JTM 45 is fixed bias (or fixed adjustable with the correct mods). If you want a layout, go over to Metroamp.com forums and look in the JTM 45 specific forum and check the stickies. One of them contains detailed build instructions for a JTM 45. I built my own from parts assembled from all over the place and used George's instructions at Metroamp and the build worked out extremely well.

The JTM45 was based on the Bassman 5f6a - basically they're the same amp design. Both amps were only ever fixed bias.
