Re: Handles
I'm new myself but will try to explain , (seems everyone is to busy)neil wrote:How do you remove the handle on the 18watt and then put it back?
I'm not very practical but having a go at tolexing soon. The handle is the only problem! Any help appreciated. Thanks
This is my first reply to a post so I hope it works o.k.
The Marshall handle has 2 end caps which are notched(indented) at each
end. With a small standard screw driver (or similar) insert into this notch
and gently prise the cap up at that end (try not to scatch the cap with the
screw driver or tool). With one end of the cap now free lift the handle from the centre allowing the cap to be pushed towards the the handle. This should free the cap completely ( only held by a small lip on the handle
side). Repeat to remove the other cap. With the caps now removed you
undo the screws holding the handle to the amp.
