I guess you mean the retaining clips. I think you can use the same ones for ECL86/6GW8s as for EL84s, as they're about the same size.
If you want more specific advice about where to buy from, you'll need to give us some clues about where your location.
In case anyone's wondering, the 1930 is the Marshall 18W's kid brother. The design is very similar to the 18W Tremolo channel, using a pair of ECL86s for the PI and power stages.
