Does anybody have experience with these speakers?
Is there a lot of diffrence with an Celestion G12M30?

I have a 2x12 Marshall cab 1936 in which i put G12M-25 Greenbacks (reissue). I play it with an 18 watt TMB and it is tone heaven for me! Instant Hendrix sound!

No such thing as a G12M30 (as far as I know). There's a G12H30, G12M20, and G12M25.

Anyways, the G12M25 is your standard "Greenback" speaker and the other speaker you're thinking of is the G12H30 with the bigger magnet. If you want to get a good idea of the difference, go to the Scumback Speakers website and listen to the clips for their M75 (Greenback) and H75 (G12H30).

I like the Greenback better for cleans and mild overdrive but the G12H30 better for heavier overdrive. The G12H30 is also quite a bit louder (3-4 dB).

I would say G12M-25 Greenback: 60's sound
and G12H30: 70's sound.
