audio file for speaker break-in ?

Post by tinisuta »

I'd like to break-in my speakers without playing 20 + hours on them. By connecting my speakers to a hifi amp and playing an mp3 file, for example.

Is there any downloadable mp3 / audio file specially designed to break-in guitar speakers ?

cheers,

Tinisuta

I've never heard of one for guitar speakers. I personally just use a 6.3V filament transformer. See Tom Olson's post on the subject - http://www.18watt.com/modules.php?name= ... ic&t=23771
