Cutting Turret Boards

Is anyone here making their own turret boards? I'm looking for an easier method of cutting G10 to size, something that won't wear out my cutters and blades. Is there a simple way to score 2mm or 3mm G10 sheet so it can be broken along the line?

I use a DeWalt miter saw for mine. If I didn't have that, I would use one of my table saws. If you don't want a full size table saw, I have a mini table saw that I use for PCBs sometimes, that would also work (probably a little slow though). I have the power tools to do this work with end mills and saw blades. I was hoping there might be some means of manually scoring the boards that I haven't thought of. Maybe a giant pizza cutter?

It's intentionally a tough material. A miter/chop saw is the fastest way IME. It only takes a couple seconds to make a clean cut. It's not drywall.
