Build idea for 269JX Hammond PT
Hi,
I have a spare PT that I built and scrapped were JTM 1 watt from Robinette site & 8 watt TW express from ax84.com. Among these two I liked the tone of JTM 1 watt.
Any direction towards a cranked Rocket sound would be great!
Also need help choosing a matching OT please.
Thank you

To be clear…
You keep the JTM1 and disassemble the TW?
Are you going for a PP or a SE output?
Your description is kinda vague.
What specific PT are you going to use? Have a schematic for that Rocket? Is it Ampeg Rocket? ADA Rocket? Mesa Rocket?

SE OT. with ez81 rec and 6SN7 power tube. I have a 1760E OT that is Push pull, i have the option for a push pull. Please share your ideas with me. I am leaning towards the rebuild variation of the JTM preamp.
Thank you.
Thank you.
