Transformer Options?

What trannies are the 36W builders using?
I have Heyboer part #s but I wasn't sure what other options there were out there....

I used Heyboers in mine. Rock solid as far as i'm concerned.

I'm sure you could use what ever works for the design..
But the thing is, Graydon uses his stock chassis..which he has a set of 36 watter made to fit that chassis.
I had Heyboer make the trannys that fit Niks chassis.. So you could keep that in mind..it might depend on what chassis you'll use so they fit the mounting.
The ones for Niks chassis are a standup mount. Graydons mounts through the chassis. Both built by Heyboer and are really well built.

Now.. I believe you could still use others if you wanted to..The AC30..or Hammond.. But myself i'd go with what fit the chassis,and designed more for the 18 sound.

Has any one checked out toneslut.com. they have a set that looks interesting. I wonder if this isnt simular to the ones drz uses in his new amp.

I'm interested in a set of 36 Watt trannies from Heyboer. Aren't they wholesale only? Also, I have a set of trannies (including a choke) for an AC 30. Will they work as well?
