Hi! Here's a pic of an 18 I built for a friend. It has an 18/5/1 watt power switch on it to keep his wife from throwing fruit at him. I'll post some clips of the sound. It does sound nice, if I say so myself. Enjoy! Bill N.

I used the old zener trick, since sag will track through better than with a variable regulator.
I just put a clip up with my friend Jeff driving the bus. Enjoy! Bill N.

It's my own print, but the basic architecture can be found in Richie's TMB. My component values are WAY different, though. Again, I can't post the schem because of technical reasons (no digital form). But, Richie's TMB is a GREAT place to start!
