Blues Jr to 36 watter

Has anyone tried to convert a blues Jr chassie to 18 or 36 watt ? I would like to convert one for small gigs and rehersal and have a lighter amp to lug around.

I've done a lot of BJ to 18W conversions, so we kow that is definitely possible. Converting one to a 36W would be tougher as the trannies are too small and there isn't really enough chassis space for 4 EL84s.

How much bigger are the 36 watt transformers then the 18 ? (size wise)
