Spend some time to redesign the champ to your own needs Marco.
Thats is what I do basicly when a amp is not sounding right.
Works fine for me and most of my customers. After that you don't need TMB controls anymore and a simple tone contol is more than enough.
Ever tryed to get the tone you realy want with a Mess a Boogie ?


Where do you live in the Netherlands Marco?

I'll try to get the darn thing to work first, but I haven't done any amp stuff this week, didn't get 'round to it.

I live right above Amsterdam. You live in Limburg, right? I've looked that up already, thinking it might be fun to hear the Crest amp in the flesh! It's a bit far away, but who knows, I could pay you a visit someday.
