Reverb in a 5C5

Post by guitarsndrums »

OK, I am building a 5C5 for my first build simply because I have all the components readily available. I would like to add reverb (spring) to this circuit. What would be the best way to go about it. This is a 2 channel 4 input design. Could one of the channels be eliminated and the remaining tube be used. If so where can I find a basic circuit for a spring reverb.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Go to www.hoffmanamps.com and look under his 'library of information'.He has the layout there to do what you need. You need 1-1/2 triodes to get the reverb working,so you may have to add one tube.
