Gimme a good solid speaker cab and good speakers to give me a good tight low, a tight strong mid, and a lighter, creamier high (not ear piercing and splitting.) This goes for my home stereo, my car stereo, my boom-boxes, and all my amps (including 18 Watters.)
NOW, as far as breaking in the speaker with 50/60Hz... doesn't that just loosen it up optimally for that frequency only, wouldn't white noise be better?

This is 18 Watt where we eat cucumber sandwiches on the lawn!
Did you mean phart, young man?
(Anyway, I couldn't afford any of those speakers you referred to, so I just had a couple of unemployed Irishmen in the back of my van, banging the sides with shovels)

I'm the "wrong" side of the pond: 4,500 miles from real ale. Help!
