Ive decided that I am going to build the 36 watt tmb lite as my first amp
build and was wondering if anyone could send me a link to
the layout.

There isn't one. You can just use the same layout as for the 18W SuperLite TMB, and double up on the power tubes, and their associated resistors and caps.
