2 x 12 Cab wiring options

Hey guys! I have a new 2 x 12 cab coming. Having only used single 12 cabs in the past, I am very excited about the options 2 speakers can give me. This is what I want the cab to do, and maybee you guys can point me in the right direction, or tell me I'm crazy.

The cab is coming with 2 jacks installed

I have 2 - 8 ohm speakers going in the cab.

I want the cab to do mono 16 ohm, or mono 8 ohm

I also want the cab to do stereo @ 8ohm each speaker.

Can I do all this with just 2-jacks? Do I need to add a switch or two? Should I add another jack?

I have found some schematics that get me close, but it seems like each one I find leaves me just a bit short of what I want.
