Mojotone conversion to SuperLite TMB

Post by ian@belsonique.com »

I like many have been lurking to find solutions to my non functional Mojotone TMB v.3. I've got the clean channel working and the TMB is non existent to really thin and tinny. After all the failed Mojotone posts I'd like to start fresh and look at the single input, 18 Watt Superlite TMB plans. What I'd like to do is keep chassis, PT, OT various input/output, tube sockets and IEC,fuse and input/stand-by. I'll piecemeal the board, turrets and board components. I want to start fresh since there was a fair amount of de-soldering of components.
1. Still confused on the Center tap vs. what comes with the Mojo PT. Would I omit the additional circuit coming from the PT?
2. Any other thoughts on my conversion?
Thanks everyone

Are you sure about the conversion? We might be able to help you at making the TMB work properly...
The SL TMB is a great and beefy amp.. but your TMB could be as well.

I'm going to go forward to the SuperLite TMB build. Is there a parts list available? Again I'll swap as much over from to "Mojo" build, but have no problem replacing many/most parts if need be.

Thanks
