I know that this place is all about guitar amps, but does anyone know where I can get the power transformer for an ampage svt (6550)? I dont have any idea what the voltage is supposed to be or the current

If you guys could help, I would just love you forever

every schematic that I could find just didn't tell me enough.

Call the guys at Mercury Magnetics, they'll know what to do.

What about Ampeg? They should still have parts available.

Boy that must be an expensive transformer though.

Flip top amps should have them, i think its www.fliptop.com
Or also e-mail Heyboer, they should have them too. Monsterous indeed.

Well, not so lucky.

The $55 deal fell through, but I got one from heyboer for pretty cheap
