I made a little scanned copy of this book - very enlightening material for those flea market scrounges, surplus perusals, or buying lots from ebay - have it zipped if anyone would like it. 20Mb- and I cant seems to convert jpegs to pdf for some damn reason. mabye someone esle can figure it.
