Can someone teach me..very simple about Volts in 18watts

i plan to build a 18watts... a LiteIIb with a twist... in my country i can't those rectifier tubes... so i'll go for a diodes rectifier...

so i don't know what voltage i need from HV of the Power Transformer to make it work good

Is there a center tap on the B+ winding?

i don't know what a center tap is.... but i 've seen that TRanfos have a besides the 2 heaters cables..... 2 or 3 more cables..... is this it???

A center tap is a wire connected to the center of the secondary winding. You normally ground/earth this wire, and then have the diodes connected to the two ends of the windings as shown in your picture.
