What brand of tube is this

I believe this tube is a Russian EL 84, possibly an EL-84M. Can anyone tell what year the tube was most likely made?

These are the Russian military equivalents of the EL84M from the Reflector Corp, Saratov. The EV and EB version are the premium ones that have been selected and tested. Yours would be 1985's

You’ll notice that they take a bit longer to warm up but they sound great and are bullet proof!
