I've got both Tuki and Studio Slips covers http://www.studioslips.com/ and find them roughly equal in quality. I particularly like the Studio Slips option of a fully enclosed case that zips shut - I have that for my 18W clone head and it's great. If you're going to be moving your amps around a lot, I highly recommend NOT buying a simple one-layer cover, pay the few extra dollars for a padded cover with foam or quilting inside. It makes a huge difference when your amp is being moved from car to cart to studio to stage to.... The padding absorbs a lot of potential damage that a non-padded cover won't.

For the tightwads among us...I remember quite a while back somebody posted a message that there is an amp out there that comes with a stock cover that fits the 18 watt combo...might have been on th yahoo site.

Check out lecover.com. Larry makes a really nice thick padded cover. I just got one for my 18 watter for $55. I've used his covers for other amps and feel he makes a great product.
