Is Jim Marshall throwing us a bone?

Us...er, well not me, but GDS, Balls, Bacino, DST, Gabriel, Hatcher, 65amps, et al. I saw a blurb somewhere to the effect that they're only building 40 amps for GC. The effect may be to raise interest and short on supply. Mitch Colby said that last year was Marshall's biggest in sales. They don't need 18W amps in their lineup.

Back to my question, if so, that's pretty nice of him.
