Odd transformer removed from Dominator
This output transformer was put in my 1970 Dominator by a "technician" in 1980 to replace the original which had blown. I always suspected it wasn't from a 15-20w amp so I haven't used it on my rebuild. Does anyone have any idea what it is? and how can I test it out of circuit? The speaker was connected across leads G-F.

Re: Odd transformer removed from Dominator
I have taken some readings with my ohmmeter and the primary and speaker windings appear to have continuity.

Re: Odd transformer removed from Dominator
I have a Drake 784-103 reproduction by Chris Merren that looks similar, it weighs 5lb and has almost identical dimensions.
Primaries are 89.5, 110.5 and 200.0 ohms.
Stack is 1 9/16 thick, 3 3/4 tall and 3 1/8 wide. End bell to end bell is 3 3/4.
Has 8k plate to plate load, originally used on the 1965-66 JTM45s.
