It is not too much time or cash to install everything back, I can manage it, no problem.
I would like to learn from this mistake and have the site backed up as many times as possible and also mirroring (an existent replica on another server).
In that case if one server fails, the other(s) still carry the flag on...

By all means the crash was an eye opener so now I look like this:

A strange thing about personalized Avatars is that you can't upload them within the Your Account section. In that section it only lets you chose from the low-res pre-canned ones. You need to click the Profile button at the top of this page and scroll down, to where it has a button to let you browse for and upload your own Avatars.
