Thanks to everyone for their help ! I have a few bugs to work out but she powers up .no smoke...and sounds great!... Paul ruby pointed out i had a mis-wired ground and once i fixed it it started up no problems....Thanks Paul!..... Upon startup only one channel was working (tremolo) ...i checked the input jacks on the normal channel and saw that i had soldered the ground lead to both ground and short ...once i snipped a wire both inputs came to life......The bugs i have left to work out is that the tremolo does not work but i suspect that it is mis-wired as to Graydon's recent post. ANd the tone does not seems to work at all on the normal channel...i have to recheck wiring.......all in all i could not have done it without the help of the Amp Experts on this board....i have built two of these and both times i found immense help from everyone..It also turns out i was measuring voltages wrong
