Maybe Vyse, who sells Torres kits. Yes, they are pretty expensive. But Barry Vyse is another great guy, from the good old days of valves. He co-authored a book on the history of M-OV, and is a fascinating person to talk to.

Fredy, you did not indicate a location and since you posted the question in USD ($200), I assumed you were over here. If you are in UK, it will be hard to do it for $200. Everything in UK seems to be twice the price. 200GBP (don't have your currency symbol handy) would probably buy an equivalent amount of stuff. You may actually find that a kit is cheaper, and far cheaper yet will be a serviceable used PA or organ amp that can be modified. To scratch build it from parts will be very challenging in the UK for $200. Good luck.

Oh yes, of course. I have used them for odd parts a few times, but I've never considered them for a kit because of the cost. Ouch!
