2nd time this year I got a bunch of free tubes...some good stuff here all NOS, friend gave this to me today from his dad's estate...imagine how much great stuff is out there tucked away waiting to find it's way to us amp heads.

Well not much anymore, I'd say, at the rate you're finding it. What an incredible score, not a TV tube in the bunch, all audio, that's never happened to me. Congrats.

My wife is visiting her folks in N. MN, and she called me yesterday about tubes she found at a roadside flea market. About a dozen each 5Y3 and 5U4 NOS in boxes, bunch of other stuff too, but a lot of TV tubes as well. About 300 tubes in all for $40. Can't argue with that...well it wasn't free, but cheap!!!

WOW !! I was happy with my 7 Mullards for £30 ( ECC83/EL84/ ) but that just blows it away !
