All working fine, one EL84 a little "noisey" , not at all bad for a total
"evilbay" cost of around 180 bucks .
EL84's look a little "blackened" inside, not sure if this means limited life
or not ??
BTW, the "Dutch" mullards seems to be equally as great as the "English"
versions .....

Nice score Marty! Don't worry about the sooty deposits inside the EL84's, that is a normal occurrence in Mullard EL84's and happens when they are burned in at the factory (trademark greasy in a good way Mullard tone!).

All of my Mullard EL84s are sooty/greasy too.
