As i'm relatively new to all of this what change in sound would i get if i changed the values of the 33k and 500pf components connected to pin 8 valve 2 and treble pot.

In Fender/Marshall tone stacks, larger values of slope resistor scoop the mids more. Typically Fenders use a 100k resistor and have a lot more scooped mids. Many Marshall amps also use a 56k for an in-between amount of scoop. Increasing the size of the trble cap will make your amp brighter, and vice versa. Most Marshall amps use 500pF or 470pF treble caps, but some use 250pF or 270pF, for less brightness.
