Voz AC30 Top Boost self Build ?

A friend wants a top boost added to his vintage AC30 copper panel. From what I can find there isn't a lot to it, just a couple of tone controls, a few components and a 12 AX7 mounted on a small aluminium panel, mounted in a slot in the back board. Has anyone seen detailed layout and dimensions etc. on any of the sites ? I have the original JMI circuit, that seems to be easy to find.
Ampage also has a DIY link, but the link is dead.
