Wow! I am going to see a REAL rock and roll show Tue July 20th in Chicago! I know what the 70's were all about LOUD, LOUD, kick ass Partying. And unfortunately is just doesnt happen any more. Like Hank Williams Jr. said "All my rowdy friends have settled down." I love the 18 watt and the freedom it gives me, it is neccessary in this day and age, Don't upset the neighbors. So I am gonna go to see the LAST melodic rock and roll show on earth, come home with Pete towsend syndrom. HA>

I asked my 44 year old brother ( which I use to fall asleep in his bass drum when I was 5 years old, when he was playing) to come with , and he said "Hmm I'm 44 years old ,I would have to have ear plugs, etc. etc. etc."
Wow Sammy hagar is 57.

O.K. my last reply to this, but don't we all have guitar hero's? Some of us is Clapton, others is Page, some Chuck Berry or somebody. I am 34 and am on cloud nine, being as that I am going to see my guitar hero. And even though he is 50 years old, i would wager he can smoke anyone out there.

Van Halen Rocks!

Kid,
I must agree with you regarding the melodic nature of the Van Halen/Hagar (or is it Van Hagar) combo. You don't know how happy I was to hear that Eddie and Alex finally agreed with Michael Anthony's choice of rockin' buddies and got the best 4 piece rock band ever back together. Let's just hope the boys can get back to some serious ground breaking composing and wouldn't you like to be Wolfie hangin' with dad while that is happening. Rock on VH!

whenever my band gets discouraged or down or out of it, our drummer just starts the intro to Hot for Teacher. After ten minutes of butchering hot for teacher as loud and hard as we can all is good in teh world of rock
VH rocks.
Danelectro is right
