Pedal Enclosure Fabricator

I am looking for a fabrication shop to build enclosures for my next generation of foot controllers. The enclosure is approx. 11" x 5.5" x 1.5" tall, made out of 16ga. steel, laser cut with various holes for switches, jacks, and display, and powder coated.
Can anybody recommend a fabrication shop that can do this for me?
