Can some kind soul help me with a mystery?

I've picked up a a PT from somewhere (very likely from one of you) and I can no longer remember what I got it for.

Do these codes mean anything to you?

PT-290-50
HT-6179-50
9960848

I'll try to add a couple of photos as well.

Thanks!
